What is General Liability Insurance?

General liability insurance is typically purchased by an individual or business as protection against liability claims for bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD) arising out of premises, operations, products, and completed operations; and advertising and personal injury (PI) liability.

What is a Claims Made Policy?

Why do I need insurance?

No one can plan for an accident, but you can be prepared for one. Whether you are directly or indirectly responsible, you can be pulled into a lawsuit, and the price tag for attorneys’ fees can be a hefty one. Insurance exists to defend and indemnify you from allegations of negligence.

Remember, frivolous lawsuits are common. There may be no merit, but a person can still file a complaint against you. Insurance is an affordable way to safeguard your personal finances.
