Why do I need insurance?
No one can plan for an accident, but you can be prepared for one. Whether you are directly or indirectly responsible, you can be pulled into a lawsuit, and the price tag for attorneys’ fees can be a hefty one. Insurance exists to defend and indemnify you from allegations of negligence.
Remember, frivolous lawsuits are common. There may be no merit, but a person can still file a complaint against you. Insurance is an affordable way to safeguard your personal finances.
